The Center for Wellbeing at Oregon Tech is dedicated to fostering a culture of health and resilience for both students and employees. Through initiatives like the Well-Being Fair, workshops, and the Fun Run, the center promotes resources such as TechRec, EAP, and PEBB programs while encouraging healthy workspaces through ergonomic support. Strengthening community partnerships and referral pipelines ensures that well-being remains a top priority across campus.

Supporting University Health and Wellness, you're supporting programs like the Employee Mentoring Program, Tech Affinity Groups (TAG), and campus-wide events such as the Oregon Tech Games and Oregon Tech Night at the Epicenter, the center helps employees feel more engaged and connected. Training faculty in Growth Mindset, offering resiliency workshops for employees, and leading student sessions like RA and SOAR’s “Bouncing Forward” initiative further enhance the university’s commitment to personal and professional well-being.
